The Secret to Getting a Sexy Navy SEAL Body

Maybe youre at a bar and you spend all night thinking about and secretly loathing the guy disguising himself to be an ex- Navy SEAL and getting all the hot chicks. Whether he was a SEAL or not, nobody there knows, but he sure looked the part. You now have a latest objective to beat: how to get the Navy SEAL Workout to achieve the body that will have the hot chicks all over you.

The real Navy SEALs spend their whole day exercising in order to acquire a very sexy body they have now. Its an everyday and all-day workout. When theyre not on the field, all they do is exercise.

But then, how do you get your body to appear like you burn calories all day everyday? Simple, just use a bit of mathematics. The deal is, the Navy SEALs are burning more calories than they eat. They are actually removing in their body every ounce of fat and utilize it as fuel for their rigorous activities. Essentially, they are producing a negative calories, or are calorie even, every day. All you need to do is execute strenuous routines for twenty-four hours or take in food with low calories. So if you create a calorie deficit for yourself, then you will start to create that same look.

However, dont think cutting back on food is the only thing you must do. And its not just mere routin you need to perform. Jogging ten miles daily and swimming a hundred laps on an Olympic-sized pool is probably too much, unless youre thinking to do this fast and youre physically prepared for the torture. A resistance training for thirty to forty minutes every day for six reps per week may do the trickand you pair it with ideal diet.

First you need to learn how much calories your body requires, eat 200 calories less of that every day, and then create a resistance workout plan you can perform for three days every week. Alternate that with a cardio routines three days each week (including abdominal work three days a week) and youve got yourself a healthy body in anywhere from two to six months depending on your current level of fitness.

The technique to eating healthy is finding food you like to eat and that keeps you full. This is because if youre always hungry, you may resort to food binging, which is ultimately bad. Hence, the next time you do groceries, go for the whole-grained unprocessed foods. Whey protein is also excellent in making you feel full for extended periods than other foods.

So whats the secret to a Navy SEALs body? Zero. They do swimming, calisthenics, running, push-ups, and practically every other exercise technique that you can also perform. Start with resistance workout three times a week, including lunges, push-ups, bicep curls, military presses, bent-over rows, and squats for thirty seconds each and around ten reps. If you get used to this condition, you raise the time to twenty seconds per routine and the repetitions to fifteen. Of course, dont forget to rest and do stretches for around two minutes between circuits. And do aerobic workouts every other day as well to keep your heart up and healthy. So you dont get bored and get tired, change the routines every month. Follow these guidelines, and before you know it, youll look like youve been doing a Navy SEAL Workout.
